Chadwick L. Mills specializes in securities transactions and the general representation of public companies with respect to securities law and periodic reporting compliance, disclosure issues and corporate governance matters. Mr. Mills is also involved in general representation of emerging companies.
Mr. Mills has represented issuers in more than 20 public company financings and initial public offerings during the past five years, and during that time also represented sell-side clients in merger and acquisition transactions valued at more than $2.5 billion.

Mr. Mills received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1999, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received a B.S. in Political Science, with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1996.
Mr. Mills is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
