Cynthia Deatrick is a senior paralegal in the firm's Litigation Department. She joined the firm in December of 1997 and is resident in the San Diego office.
Ms. Deatrick assists attorneys with complex business litigation matters including the defense of securities class actions, derivative suits, enforcement actions and government investigations.
Prior to joining Cooley, Ms. Deatrick worked for The Upper Deck Company, the sports representation firm of Steinberg & Moorad, and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in their San Francisco office.
Ms. Deatrick earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego.
