Heather Rosmarin is an associate in the Cooley Business department and is active in the Firm's Clean Energy and Technologies practice. She joined the Firm in 2003 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.
Her practice consists of general corporate and securities law matters, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, venture capital funds, and public companies in the technology sector. In addition, Ms. Rosmarin counsels clean energy companies on applying for federal grants/loans and related contractual and compliance matters. Her practice also includes advising both for-profit and non-profit corporations on formation and governance matters.
Ms. Rosmarin received a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), where she served as supervising editor of the California Law Review. She graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University.
Ms. Rosmarin is a member of the State Bar of California.
