Jennifer Inghram-Martinez is a senior paralegal in the Intellectual Property Litigation and Business Litigation practice groups and is a member of the Cooley Litigation department. She joined the firm in 2000 and is a resident in its Colorado office.
Ms. Inghram-Martinez's work concentrates on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets. She has recently worked on litigations involving call processing technology, DC/AC power inverter technology, semiconductor laser components, gaming software, communication-management software and LCD and plasma display processing technology. In addition, Ms. Inghram-Martinez also regularly assists in litigation involving the Securities Exchange Commission and allegations of misconduct against directors and officers of major corporations, cases involving breach of contract and employment disputes.
Ms. Inghram-Martinez has particular expertise with cutting-edge litigation software tools related to electronic discovery, including database management, case organization and document search tools.
Ms. Inghram-Martinez graduated magna cum laude, receiving her B.A. in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa in 1999. She is a member of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association.
