Megan Donohue is an associate in Cooley's Litigation Department. She joined the firm in 2010 and is a resident in the San Diego office. Ms. Donohue's practice focuses on general business and privacy litigation.
Ms. Donohue also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Diego, where she teaches moot court appellate advocacy.
Ms. Donohue received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Diego, School of Law. There she served as an Executive member of the Appellate Moot Court Board, the Mock Trial Team, and the International Law Journal. Ms. Donohue was elected to the Order of the Coif and to the National Order of Barristers. She also externed for the Honorable Janis L. Samartino of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of California.
Ms. Donohue received her B.A. in political science magna cum laude from James Madison University.
She is a member of the State Bar of California.
