Matthew P. Dubofsky is an associate in the Cooley Business department. He joined the firm in 2007 and is resident in the Colorado office.
Mr. Dubofsky's practice includes corporate, securities and transactional matters, including public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law disclosure and compliance.
Mr. Dubofsky received a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2004 and a B.A. in Economics and History from Brown University in 2000.
Prior to joining Cooley's Colorado office, Mr. Dubofsky was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York and a law clerk to Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Dubofsky is admitted to practice in Colorado.
