Paul Batcher is an associate and is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2010 and is resident in the San Diego office.
Mr. Batcher received a J.D., summa cum laude, in 2009 from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Batcher served as a member of the San Diego Law Review and externed for Judge Marilyn L. Huff of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.
Prior to law school, Mr. Batcher served for three years in the U.S. Army as a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment. Mr. Batcher earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz, graduating with honors in 2001.
Mr. Batcher is a member of the State Bar of California.
