Ryan W. Gall is an associate in the Cooley Business department. He joined the firm in 2010 and is a resident in the Colorado office.
Mr. Gall's practice includes general business and corporate matters, including emerging companies, venture capital financings, securities and transactional matters.
Mr. Gall attended Stanford Law School, where he received his J.D. in 2009. While in law school, he was an associate editor for the Stanford Journal of Law, Business and Finance. As an undergraduate, Mr. Gall was a varsity letterman on the University of Michigan's cross country and track and field teams, where he was awarded a B.A. in Economics with high distinction in 2005.
Mr. Gall is admitted to practice law in Colorado, and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
