Robin K. Lee is a paralegal specialist in the Cooley Business department. She joined the Firm in 1993 in its Colorado office and has been resident since its inception.
Ms. Lee concentrates on corporate and securities law with over twenty years of experience in venture capital fund formation and in working with emerging growth companies, public companies, venture capitalists and investment bankers in a variety of corporate and securities transactions including venture capital financings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.
Ms. Lee was a member of the Firm's Palo Alto office from 1983 through 1986. Prior to joining Cooley's Colorado office, Ms. Lee was a Senior Paralegal in the Business & Technology group at the Palo Alto office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison.
Ms. Lee received her B.A. in economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1982 and her paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego.
Ms. Lee was a member of the San Francisco Association of Legal Assistants from 1983 to 1993 and a member of the Junior League and Churchill Club in Palo Alto, California.
