Soo Y. Kim is an associate in the Compensation & Benefits practice group and a member of the Cooley LLP Business department. She joined the firm in 2001 and is resident in the San Diego office.
Ms. Kim specializes in the areas of employee benefits, equity compensation and executive compensation.
Prior to joining Cooley, Ms. Kim was an associate at Sidley Austin in Chicago.
Ms. Kim received a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1998. She received an A.B., magna cum laude with highest honors, from Harvard College in 1994, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms. Kim is admitted to practice in California, Illinois and New York.
