Tali Sealman is an associate in the Business department of Cooley. She joined the Firm in 2005 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.
Ms. Sealman has a general business and corporate law practice, representing public and emerging companies in a variety of matters including merger and acquisitions, international business transactions and securities transactions.
Prior to joining Cooley, Ms. Sealman worked with Fischer, Behar, Chen, Well, Orion & Co. in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Prior to her work there, Ms. Sealman has served in the Intelligence Department of the Israeli Defense Force.
Ms. Sealman earned her LL.M (as Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) from Columbia Law School. She received her LL.B, magna cum laude, from Tel-Aviv University Law Faculty, where she was named on the Dean's List twice. Ms. Sealman is fluent in Hebrew.
Ms. Sealman is a member of the Israel Bar and the State Bar of California.
