Vince Pangrazio, Partner

Vincent P. Pangrazio is a partner in the Cooley Business department. He joined the Firm in 1993 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

Mr. Pangrazio has a general corporate and securities law practice with an emphasis in the representation of emerging growth companies and venture capitalists.

Mr. Pangrazio's practice focuses on the day-to-day counseling of emerging technology companies throughout the corporate life cycle from incorporation through public offering. He assists company clients with formation and founders' issues, financing, technology and licensing matters, employment issues, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic relationships. Mr. Pangrazio regularly serves as counsel to a number of venture funds in their financing activities and on other matters.

In 1999, Mr. Pangrazio served as Vice President and General Counsel of Women.com Networks, Inc., a network of online sites featuring content and services for women.

Mr. Pangrazio received his J.D. in 1993 from Loyola Law School where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a member and editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. In 1993 he externed at the Los Angeles Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University in 1985. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi and Alpha Sigma Nu.

Prior to joining Cooley, Mr. Pangrazio worked for several years as an electrical engineer with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power in the areas of power generation and distribution.

Mr. Pangrazio is a member of the State Bar of California and a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
